You need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your travel date, a full-colour 300 DPI scan of your passport bio-data page with the MRZ fully visible, a passport photo with a plain white background and no glasses, hotel booking confirmation or verified host details, a return flight reservation, bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months with an official bank stamp, a salary slip or employment letter, travel insurance, and a short note explaining your travel purpose.
