The key point is the sum of the stays. Leaving the UAE does not reset the count. A new trip can use the days that remain, but it does not create a new 90-day block under the same entry pass.

Documents for the Special EU-Resident Visa Route

The special ICP route is useful for eligible foreign residents of Germany because the German residence permit is part of the visa test. The main service files are:

A Turkish citizen living in Düsseldorf does not use the German 90-day route because the passport is Turkish. The person should check the UAE rule for a Turkish passport before travel.

The special 2026 EU-resident route discussed above does not include Turkish passport country. A German residence permit alone therefore does not place this traveller in that selected-passport country route.
