German Blue Card Holder Visiting Dubai for 3–4 Days
A German EU Blue Card tells the UAE that you are legally resident in Germany; it does not make you a German citizen. For a short 3–4 day Dubai visit, the passport you carry is still the first thing to check.
If your passport is already visa-free for the UAE, you use that passport-based route. If it normally requires advance approval, a valid German residence permit or EU Blue Card can be important because the UAE has a residence-based entry route for selected nationalities.
