On 25 June 2026, the UAE widened a special entry route. It added ordinary passport holders from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa. India was already covered. People from these seven countries may qualify for a 14-day or 60-day UAE entry visa if they also hold a valid Singapore residence permit.

The best Dubai visa from Singapore route may also have a set UAE fee. For the special ICP route, the June 2026 notice lists AED 100 for the 14-day visa and AED 250 for the 60-day visa. These are fees for that specific UAE route. They are not a private service fee.
Keep government fees and private service fees separate. If a firm adds a review fee, insurance fee, or urgent service fee, that amount should be clear before payment.

Review time changes by visa type and file quality. GDRFA now lists an expected service time of 48 hours for its 30-day and 60-day tourist visa services. That is not a promise of approval in 48 hours.

60-Day Dubai Visa From Singapore
A 60-day visa can suit a visa-required resident who wants a longer holiday or family visit. The 60-day single-entry Dubai visa covers one entry under its stated terms. Multi-entry options also exist for some tourist cases.
