Dubai Visa for Singapore Residents With Foreign Passports
Living in Singapore is different from holding a Singapore passport. For the special ICP residence-permit route, the June 2026 announcement lists an issuance fee of AED 100 for the 14-day visa and AED 250 for the 60-day visa. However, the live ICP service cards also show a separate smart-services fee. Therefore, do not treat AED 100 or AED 250 as a guaranteed all-inclusive checkout total.
