Criteria I – The Travel Records

Documents Needed:
- Visa application form filled and signed with the applicant's colored Photocopies.
- Original Passport for the verification process which is valid for 6 months from the date of travel plus a colored photocopy.
- Onward and return confirmed ticket of emirates or Fly Dubai in original.
- You can also submit an invitation letter if you have any, from the company that is going to host you.
- For student applicants above 18 years and traveling alone will require a NOC- no objection certificate from the parents, Photo ID of Parents. Colored copy of the host passport or his/her residence visa.
- The fees required for the application through credit or debit card or any other valid payment method.

Criteria II- Financial Records
Anyone who does not qualify the Criteria I- Travel Record is required to submit either the last two years form 16 or the previous two years Income Tax Return with a minimum gross income from a profession, business, or employment, which should be more than 2 lakh per year. Or else the applicant should mandatorily have an investment of 5 lakh or above in the form of a fixed deposit in the banks or post office.

- Income tax returns, salary slips of the last six months, pan card or fixed deposit receipt
- Your visa application form is filled and signed with a colored photograph.
- The applicant's original passport for verification valid for 6 months from the date of travel.
- Onward and return confirmed ticket of Emirates fly Dubai in Original.
- You will also have to present the invitation letter if there is any from the host company in UAE.
- For student travelers who are 18 years and above will have to mandatorily submit the No objection-NOC of their Parents as they would be traveling alone. They will also have to submit their parents' photo Id, Copy of the host Passport, or residence visa.

Criteria III- Invitation from the immediate family members residing in UAE on the family status
The children below 21 years of age, spouse and parents 60 years and above can also be invited to UAE will need documents given as follows:
